Free Stuff @ Carnegie Mellon is an independent, community-maintained catalog. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Carnegie Mellon University. "Carnegie Mellon" is referenced only to describe who the listed perks are for. Always confirm eligibility and access details on the official Carnegie Mellon page each entry links to.
Informational only — no guarantee
We work to keep entries accurate and add a "last verified" date to each one, but perks change, eligibility rules vary, and links can break. The catalog is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that any listed resource is currently available to you, and we're not responsible for what happens on the third-party sites we link to.
Community submissions
If you submit a resource, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to publish, edit, or remove it. Submissions are reviewed before going live. Don't submit spam, private information, or content that isn't a genuine Carnegie Mellon-affiliated free perk.
No paid placement
Listings are editorial. No one can pay to be added, ranked higher, or marked "Verified." If the project is ever supported by a sponsor, that support will be clearly labeled and kept separate from the catalog. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.
